The Online Navigation Interface
TONi (The Online Navigation Interface) is AuraVision Health’s configurable patient access and navigation platform for primary care. It helps GP practices manage patient demand through structured digital journeys while keeping full control over how those journeys operate.
How TONi Works
Patients access TONi digitally and select the condition or type of support they need. TONi then guides them through a structured series of questions based on pathways configured for that practice, so every journey reflects local clinical preferences.
Configurable, Practice‑Defined Journeys
Practice‑Controlled Pathways
Rather than allowing AI to independently diagnose or determine treatment, TONi operates within practice‑defined parameters. Your team decides the conditions available, questions asked, pathways followed, prioritisation rules and resulting workflows.
Structured Patient Requests
Once a patient completes their journey, TONi sends the practice a structured request containing the relevant answers, priority, appointment preference, pathway outcome and suggested SNOMED coding for your team to review.
e‑TONi Dashboard & Prioritisation
Completed journeys appear in the e‑TONi Dashboard with configurable Red, Amber and Green prioritisation to support safe review and action, alongside operational reporting on demand and outcomes.
From Questionnaire to Workflow
TONi is being developed as more than a patient questionnaire. The wider platform connects the patient journey with practice workflow, including appointment scheduling and navigation to services such as Pharmacy First.
This native workflow alignment reduces administrative burden and helps teams focus on clinical decision‑making rather than chasing information.
